This live or recorded Webinar provides updated information on recent developments from the New York Legislature, the Appellate Division of New York Supreme Court, and the New York Court of Appeals. Statutory changes and case law affecting administration of workers' compensation benefits are detailed. Regulatory or administrative changes from the Workers' Compensation Board will also be addressed. You will be apprised of emerging trends in case development, litigation practices, and rulings from the Workers' Compensation Board.
